Jack Roberts Appointed to Oregon Environmental Council Board

Jack Roberts, Executive Director of the Lane Metro Partnership has been appointed to the board of directors for the Oregon Environmental Council. The OEC was founded in 1968 by a group of private citizens which advocates for innovative and collaborative solutions for Oregon’s present and future environmental challenges.
“I am very pleased to accept the invitation to join the board of directors. As never before, our business and economic development efforts must be coordinated with our environmental goals in order to build a future for Oregon that is sustainable from both perspectives,” said Roberts.
The Lane Metro Partnership is a non-profit organization that fosters economic development to help create a more diverse and stable economy.
