What We Do
The Lane Metro Partnership provides you with all types of business information in order to ease your move to Lane County. The county's only comprehensive, computerized inventory of vacant industrial land and buildings is maintained in an industrial site map by the Lane Metro Partnership. In addition, summaries of various kinds of assistance and incentive programs; current fact sheets on utility rates, taxes, demographics; and working knowledge of systems, development charges and related issues are a few examples of the type of information the Lane Metro Partnership develops and provides to local and outside companies.
Local companies also use our community profiles and other materials when recruiting key personnel from outside the community. Local realtors, developers and companies also rely on the professional information we have developed to complement proposals they issue to attract new investments.
